关于华乐节
2023年，欢庆盛典-新加坡华乐总会十周年庆。发展华族文化，弘扬华族音乐艺术！
十周年是一个非常重要的里程碑，是连接着过去十年的成就和未来发展的一个新起点。这十年间，新加坡华乐总会不负众望，连续举办三届两年一次的新加坡华乐节，促进我国华乐团体、各大院校、戏曲团体、民间音乐社团的团结发展。推出青年部，培养年轻出色的演奏家和艺术工作管理者。各大协会（学会）积极开展新加坡华乐在演奏学术，理论出版方面的研究，华乐总会将出版《新加坡阮咸原创作品曲集》、《视域下的新加坡华乐发展路径》，团结一心推广具有新加坡特色的华乐作品，成为新加坡华乐连接世界，海纳百川，走向乐界的桥梁。
新加坡华乐总会与中国上海长三角展演总部办公室签署谅解备忘录，备忘录的签署意义重大，将为促进两国华乐/民乐艺术工作者的文化交流与融合，深度合作创造条件，拓展文化务实合作新领域，形成华乐文化传播的新空间、新形态，为两国文化交流掀开新篇章。为庆祝新中三十，华乐总会携手两国艺术家参与万人二胡云盛会，表达两国人民同心协力，携手抗疫的决心，以实际行动为两国建交 30 周年献上一份厚礼，迎接两国友谊更加灿烂的明天。
新加坡华乐节2023 举办期间，新加坡华乐总会即将主办东南亚华乐论坛、联合乐团，环环相扣，积极促进东南亚华乐的向上发展。
